Report cards go online as soon as the school releases them each term. Sign in with your Student ID and password to see your scores, grades, class position and progress across the session, and print the official report card.
From the first score a teacher enters to the report card a parent prints, the whole process happens in one place.
Each report card brings together everything recorded for the student that term, laid out in the familiar report-card format and ready to print or save as a PDF.
Totals, averages and class positions are calculated for you. Equal totals share a position.
Teachers fill in scores in private. Students see a term only after the school releases it, so nobody sees a half-finished report card.
Every subject across the session’s terms, averaged and graded, with the number of credits (A, B or C) and an overall position.
Students and parents see the latest result at a glance: average, position, attendance, remarks and how each term compares.
Everyone signs in on the same page and sees only what their job needs.
Form masters keep their class register and passport photos, rate skills and behaviour, record attendance and write remarks, and see which report cards are still missing something.
The admin dashboard flags what needs attention: missing scores, out-of-range marks, unfinished setup, weak passwords and overdue backups.
See a whole class on one sheet: every student, every subject, totals and positions, ready to review before results go out.
Student IDs are generated automatically for each class. Add students one at a time or import a whole class from a CSV file, and export the list whenever you need it.
One click backs up every score, student and setting. A copy is zipped and emailed to the school administrator, and can be encrypted with a password, so a lost or broken server doesn’t mean lost results.
Set the school name, motto, logo, colours and background. The portal and every report card use them.
Continuous assessment during the term is added to the end-of-term examination. The total sets the subject grade, and the grand total across all subjects sets the class position.
A subject graded A, B or C counts as a credit. The cumulative result averages each subject across the session’s released terms.
The school gives every student an ID, which looks like JSS/2026/001, and a default password when they are registered.
Type the ID and password into Check your result at the top of this page. Forgot the password? The reset link goes to the parent’s email on file.
The dashboard shows the latest result and every released term. Open the official report card to print it or save it as a PDF.
With their Student ID (for example JSS/2026/001) and password. New students get a default password from the school. After signing in, choose your own under Change password; until you do, the dashboard reminds you.
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. For a Student ID, the reset link is emailed to the parent or guardian email on the student record; staff get it at their own email. The link works once and expires after 60 minutes. If the school has no email for you, the school office can reset the password.
Contact the school office. The administrator or your form master can look it up from the class register.
Results appear once teachers have entered the scores and the school has released that term. Terms that aren’t released yet are shown as "not released" on your report card page. If you can’t sign in at all, check the Student ID and password, or contact the school.
Your dashboard: the latest released result with your average, position and attendance, a term-by-term chart, every subject’s score, and your form master’s and principal’s remarks.
Yes. Open Report card and pick any released term of the session. Cumulative result shows every released term side by side, with the average for each subject.
Students are ranked by their grand total across all subjects. Students with the same total share a position, and the next position is skipped, for example 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 4th.
The cumulative result averages each subject across the released terms of the session and grades that average. A subject counts as a credit when its average is grade A, B or C (50% and above).
Open Report card and choose "Official report card". It opens the school’s printable sheet with signatures and the grading key; choose "Save as PDF" as the printer to keep a digital copy.
Staff accounts must be enabled by the administrator before they can sign in. Ask the administrator to enable your account, or use "Forgot password?" to reset your password by email.
